Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Branded Mentions website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Branded Mentions provides AI visibility audits and branded mention placement services designed to help brands influence their presence in AI-generated search tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity).

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific placement, visibility, or outcome in AI-generated responses.
LLMs are non-deterministic and controlled by third parties. While we use research-driven best practices, all results are subject to change and outside our control.

3. Payment Terms

We currently bill clients via manual invoice, on a monthly, upfront basis.
All invoices are due upon receipt. Due to external costs and time spent on each campaign, we do not offer refunds once work has started.

4. Campaign Process

Branded Mentions manages the full placement process.
Clients do not review or approve individual placements prior to publishing, though summaries or reporting may be shared at our discretion.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when engaging with us
• Not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading purposes

6. Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to decline service to any client at our discretion.
We do not guarantee results and are not liable for any loss of traffic, revenue, or reputation that may occur from your brand’s visibility (or lack thereof) in AI-generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, tools, and materials created by Branded Mentions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and where applicable, the United States. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of these legal systems.
